I have to start by clarifying that the grills at Caracas Burger are the best! They have no comparison thanks to their price/value ratio. The meat is good, everything is fresh and generous in quantity. But it must be clarified that these people only come to eat cheap donkeys, so do not under any circumstances expect quality service. Which leads me to clarify that the Delivery service is the worst you can find in the city. Indifferent, mediocre and disinterested WhatsApp attention, with arrogant attitudes and no desire to sell. I have tried to order delivery twice now, and it has been impossible. Either they don't have payment methods, or they don't have points, or they don't accept Zelle, or they don't have change. There is always a reason to waste an hour placing an order only to never complete it. If you want to eat tasty food, go to any of the stores, pay your price and if you can avoid talking to someone, avoid it, because if you ask for a minimum of service, they screw up and the magic dies.
