The burger was tasty, good flavor, didn’t feel greasy. Overall good.nThe steak sandwich was ok, nothing special, you have to add gardinera, sauce or something else so it has more flavor because it just comes with the beef and tastes a bit plane. The bread has good texture, but would recommend better the burgers.nService was super slow and it took like 30 min or more to get our food, seems they were unorganized at the restaurant and orders. Place was really busy and loud, it you can’t handle that then it’s fine for you to eat there at the place. Or maybe better to take out.

I've been to the San Rafael branch several times, and everything's always been great, but the service at the Juárez branch is really bad. I called several times to confirm my order and they hung up on me. It took about two hours for my order to arrive, and when it did, the chicken was black and burnt. And super thin. It looked like beef jerky.

On weekends, you have to wait to be seated and order. Once your food arrives, the experience improves dramatically. The meat is exquisite and juicy, the bread is delicious, and I highly recommend choosing American cheese with your burger. The fries with chicken, cheese, and bacon are fantastic.nChicago Bernie's is one of the top 5 burgers in Mexico City!
