The burgers were delicious, but they have terrible customer service. I said I wanted to order the Chill Strips from the ad, and they told me they had them, but weren't available. I mean, it's hard to say they're just not available. They even gave me the price only to finally tell me they weren't available. The fries I ordered were horrible. Watery fries with cheese sauce on the side (cold) and two pieces of ham (not bacon), just like the ad.nFor the burgers, I give them a 4*.
