The order was wrong. When the order was corrected, it was found to be missing one meat, as the menu listed two. This complaint was not addressed.

Unfortunately, the Brazilian merchant still hasn't realized that times have changed... I passed by this kiosk around 1 p.m. and liked it, but since I had an appointment, I held back my hunger to visit it on my way back, which I did. However, to my surprise, when I ordered a craft burger, I was told they had one, but that it wouldn't be possible at the moment because there was no griller. Unfortunately, the person who served me wasn't at all to blame for not being able to make more, and the owner of the business was at fault for relying on a single griller, given that, I have the impression, there's no business for that! My question is: in times when customers have so many options, is it worth compromising on what already captivates the customer? Service! I hope to return another time and see something different; after all, I truly value small businesses and bar food with due respect!

The best kiosk in Tijuca! Always well served, my son plays on the playground and I have a cold beer here.
