What a horrible place. First, we asked if VR was allowed (it would only be allowed if it was) when we arrived, and they confirmed it. We asked for a Coke, which wasn't available, ice, which wasn't available, and sparkling water. They didn't even ask if I wanted lemon because they probably didn't have it. The menu was lacking in items, and they didn't have the sandwich I wanted, even though it had the same ingredients as the others. Poor-quality cheddar and ketchup. The green sauce on the sandwich tasted like bananas, I don't know how they managed that, plus the burger had salt and salt in parts. And when it was time to pay, guess what? The machines didn't accept VR. There's really a reason it's empty; I don't know how they survive.

Unfortunately the burger is not good, at least for delivery... I will never order it again, the breaded cheese is so thin that when it arrived here it was no longer cheese, it was just a hard breading with flour, the meat was very overcooked, even though I asked for it rare, I don't know why they give you the option to choose the bread when I asked for crispy bread and they made it with brioche bread, honestly disappointing, maybe if I had it in person it wouldn't have come like that...

The service is terrible! The servers are completely unprepared, they don't bring the correct order, they don't know who to give the orders to, they don't ask how cooked the meat is, and paying is an impossible task! The drinks were all warm, from the Coke to the draft beer. The burger was very average, you can get it anywhere else.nnFinally, the bathroom looks like a prison cell and is very dirty (with logs in the toilet and everything).
