Very poor service via WhatsApp. I ordered two burgers, as I've ordered before: an appetizer burger and a pork belly burger with bravas potatoes. They assumed I ordered pork belly potatoes (which makes little sense considering the order) and didn't confirm the order. I waited over an hour for a very average meal. It took forever, the potatoes arrived soggy, and the delivery guy couldn't even find the location. I let the person who served me know my dissatisfaction, and their response reflected their lack of professionalism. They have no understanding of customer service, as they don't confirm the service and don't know how to handle complaints or claims. This place used to be very good, but it's been declining over time. I've been eating there for over four years, and they're getting bigger and more disappointing. And they're really expensive. Today they lost an entire family of customers, and they'll continue to lose if they don't do things right (as good as ever).
