My visit to this restaurant was deeply unpleasant.nnThe service and treatment were appalling, with cockatiels roaming freely on the tables, walls, and near the food.nnThe waitress spilled sauce on my bag, didn't notify me, and left without apologizing.nnThe bathrooms were in a deplorable state: the toilet was stained, there was no functioning seat, and no place to hang your wallet.nnA refund took three days and was only granted after a fuss.nnIn short, a terrible experience, no wonder it's empty. I honestly *do* not recommend it; the treatment I received was simply disrespectful...

I ordered the burgers for delivery and they arrived well. The grilled flavor is felt in the meat, and I'd say the size is very good for the price. The quality is generally good.

The place does not have a hamburger restaurant look. I ordered to try the most popular: the Classic Joint, which came out relatively quickly, well presented and a good amount of fries. The meat, which did not seem like 140g, had little salt, but the good flavor that the grill gives, the chosen term resulted in little resistance to the bite, perhaps a term a little more than 3/4 would have given it some consistency. An excess of sauce, plus the cold vegetables, chilled my burger and caused the bread to lose its structure. The sauces are all very good, friendly and empathetic service. I have to try their cheese burger to see if what happened was just an excess of sauce, cold and humidity.
