I ordered the cheapest burger with fries and a can of coke, the bill was $20 dollars!!! Absolutely insane considering this is in Bogota. The burger was not bad but it was subpar at best, the fries were clearly frozen and over condimented, the service was also subpar, they just seem unmotivated and not overly interested in serving you. I understand that food is more expensive in an airport but tripling the price of food is just putting greed over the people supporting you. I will not be eating at any of his restaurants, we can no longer accept greed over quality and service. I highly recommend that you eat outside of the airport. The night before we went out to eat at a fancy Peruvian restaurant, ate like kings (appetizer, two big meals, desserts and wine) and we only paid $37 with tip included. Please someone explain how a cheap burger with a can of coke and frozen fries cost $20 bucks!!!! Just utterly ridiculous and a waste of money!
Bad, not good at all.I know what a Guy's burger is supposed to taste like, I've had them at Burbank airport in California a few times, they are supposed to be good. The meat was overcooked and dry, and the bun was old, hard, and falling apart, it was pretty much par for the course for a terrible burger in Bogotá, Colombia. On top of that the Club Colombia beer on tap didn't taste right, and when I asked the server for ketchup (salsa de tomate) she said that they didn't have any but she appeared with a bottle when I was just about finished with my meal. Guy should be ashamed to have his name on this location, avoid this particular restaurant or you will be greatly disappointed.
I don't know who runs the place, but they're terrible. The old lady who charges doesn't serve, skips orders, the waiter is useless, doesn't know what to do, and two old ladies sitting at a computer watching videos.
It could easily be in the top 5 of the worst burgers I've eaten in Bogotá. Considering the price, you'd expect some quality, but it was quite the opposite. The bun was stale, the burger was cold, the meat was thin and tasteless, and all that for 57,900 + 13,900 for a Coke. Not recommended at all.
The burger was good. The fries were seasoned and delicious. The atmosphere is average, but you can't expect much from an airport.nThe good thing is that we ordered and asked how long it would take, and they told us 8 minutes (we were in a hurry), but it took 7.nSo it met all our needs.
Avoid this place. I was served a burger while a worker was standing on the food prep table to clean ceiling vents—right next to the grilled patties. Dust and debris were falling directly into the food. It’s unhygienic and unsafe. This place should not be allowed to serve food at the airport.
Excellent place to share with family
Save yourself from overspending at this place for food honestly I wouldn’t feed to my pet. The wings looked like they were half eaten with maybe 20% meat left on it… meat was dry and rock hard. Also, be careful with your bill…. The hidden charges get to you… 5lbs of wings with some drinks and fries were $140 Canadian dollars. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.
I went to that place because it was recommended to me.nI ordered a burger that came with fries. The presentation was excellent but when I started eating half a burger it was raw. We all know what is wrong. I didn't have time to ask for it to be cooked because my flight was already leaving, but I'm mentioning it so it's something to keep in mind. Sometimes the rush doesn't help.nNice staff, very good music.nThey only have high chairs, they are not comfortable for everyone
