It took almost two hours to be served. And when I was served, it seemed like the staff were in a rush to close. I ordered a classic, and it was bland and tasteless. I had to add salt to it to get any flavor. My boyfriend ordered the award-winning burger, $80, and the only thing with flavor was the pool of sauce underneath. He ordered the meat medium-rare, and it arrived completely raw, horrible to eat. I wouldn't go back/it's not worth the price or the hype.

I recommend arriving early. I went on Sunday and arrived before 11 a.m., and I was second in line. It didn't even take 30 minutes and the line was already huge, lol.nnOther than that, one of the best burgers I've ever had. It's been a while since I've had something so delicious. The coxinha was delicious!

The atmosphere is truly unique, making it a great place to visit. The burger is the best I've ever had, not to mention the pastrami coxinha. All the staff are wonderful and polite. All the dishes are 10000000000!!!!!! No reservations are necessary, but it's best to arrive early.nThe bun complements the burger, from the baker's house, a hamburger bun factory (wonderful, one better than the other). The restaurant can also be visited in Porto, Portugal; it's located downtown, and the food is the same as in São Paulo.nIn São Paulo, we ordered the cheeseburger and the pastrami coxinha; you can't miss them. The dessert is impeccable; we ordered them all.
