Orson Burgers

Excellent taste, speed and location

Starting with the fact that the place was dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in two days. They need to remodel because the place is ugly.nWhen the burger arrived, the meat was dry.nAnd the service, not to mention, terrible, with all the servers working half-heartedly. When I asked for the bill, I paid in cash and asked for a refund. We also asked for a receipt. We had to ask for the receipt again because they didn't bring it. I forgot my change and realized it on my way out.nnTerrible in every way.nnAnd I almost forgot about the music. When we arrived, it sounded like a funeral, and they played the worst Disney live-action show on TV. Zero atmosphere.

We came with high expectations because the photos on their Instagram look spectacular. We arrived right when they opened on a Sunday at 11 a.m. The place was practically empty, and we were served immediately. They assigned us a table for four. The music was a bit loud, but we asked for it to be adjusted, which they did without a problem.nnWe started with cheese fingers and Orson Fries, and honestly, they were delicious. The fingers had warm cheese, stretching just right, and the fries had a chipotle-like dressing that was delicious. With that, our expectations for the burgers skyrocketed.nnBut oh, disappointment. We ordered three different burgers: the Bacon Cheeseburger, the Mrs. Orson, and the Chef's Burger. At first glance, they looked well-prepared, with a good bun and fresh vegetables... but the meat ruined everything. It was super burnt, dry, gray, with a texture that didn't even make it appetizing when cut. The size was also small in proportion to the overall presentation.nnThe worst part was that there was no excuse: the restaurant was still almost empty when the burgers arrived, with only two additional tables occupied. There's no reason for the kitchen to send such poorly cooked meat, especially in a place that specializes specifically in burgers.nnIn short, the appetizers thrilled us and the burgers completely disappointed us. With the prices they charge, one would expect quality and flavor, not a dry, burnt piece of meat. I wouldn't return. It was a frustrating visit and a wasted opportunity to shine.
