This place is literally a hole in the wall. Somewhere in the middle of the market, you find this hidden gem. Highlighting the humble Nicaraguan ingredients in a modern way, the chef's passion for his food is visible and infectious. I absolutely recommend this place if in Granada!!!

I have coeliac and it’s so refreshing having natural incredible gluten free food. They provided a small free starter and dessert and the whole experience was SOO delicious. One of the most tasty dishes I’ve ever had

Yes, it was the most expensive meal on my entire trip through Central America, but if I'm honest, it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Treat this experience like tasting art. All the flavors combined are simply exquisite, and without a doubt, even though it didn't fit my small budget at all, I'm HAPPY to have tried this delicacy. I ordered the beef, but they also have vegan options. And gluten-free celiacs welcome!nnThank you for the culinary art you've created. I'm leaving completely satisfied and wish I could come back every day. EXQUISITE. And the service? It's also wonderful. The space has so much personality. A 20 out of 10.
